Our people
People make Kettle Foods.
Across our manufacturing sites in Norwich and Wednesbury, our warehouses and our offices, we are united in our aim: making better snacks. No resting on our laurels, we’re constantly seeking to improve and to support each other every day. Is there a way we can make these potato chips tastier? Great, let’s do that. Can we improve production efficiency for our popcorn? Brilliant.
One of the things that makes working at Kettle Foods unique is the culture we’ve developed.
All ideas are welcome and worth listening to. We are enthusiastic, and seek out enthusiastic people to join us in our mission of growing our pan-European snack food business.
Some of our people have been with us for over 25 years, and it’s something we’re really proud of.
Step into our Norwich factory’s bistro (with subsidised Starbucks and great jacket potatoes!) and you will see our long service awards displayed proudly on the wall.
Oh, and it goes without saying: If you like readily available crisps and popcorn, we’re an excellent choice of employer!
High on our list of priorities is allowing our colleagues the chance to develop, both within their role and into other parts of the business.
Training is provided at a high standard, and we have a significant commitment to funding further development for our people and supporting their career ambitions.
If colleagues want to get involved in the work community, there’s plenty on offer.
We have Employee Engagement Forums, a Charity Committee and a Social Committee all thriving at Kettle Foods. We’re also heavily involved in supporting our two charities of choice, The Feed and Spread a Smile, as well as supporting the smaller community and charity causes that matter most to our colleagues.
